Hey, nice to meet you. My name is Max. I am a male 26 pound mixed breed, about five years old. I came to the rescue after I was out looking for ladies and got picked up by the shelter. I waited for my family but they never came to claim me so I came to the rescue. Now, I am just hanging out waiting for a laid back family to call my own.
Man, I just love to be with you and cuddle any chance I get. If you have an open lap I will be on it. I am ready, willing and able to be there for you anytime you want some company or someone to listen to you. I will even follow you around just to see what you are up to. I would love to sleep on the bed with you and I promise to stay at the bottom of the bed near your feet. Kisses are something I give in abundance. I am a very gentle, calm and house trained boy. I like other dogs and will hang out an watch them play but generally not join in the games. Sometimes I will surprise you and just run off some energy.
I have been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. I tested negative for heartworms and am current on my heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. My adoption fee is 175.00 and the first step in adopting me is to complete an application for me, Max, at dogsasfamily.org.
